By participating in axe throwing activities at The Axe Lounge, I acknowledge that axe throwing involves inherent risks that may result in injury, property damage, or other losses. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless The Axe Lounge, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation. If signing on behalf of a minor, I certify that I am the parent or responsible guardian of the minor participant, I have authority to consent to their participation, assume all risks on their behalf, and agree to release and hold harmless The Axe Lounge from any claims arising from the minor's participation, except where prohibited by law. Close toed shoes are required to participate.
